At PEACH + SILK, your safety and our standards come first. By booking with us, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted our terms, and agree to release PEACH + SILK from liability related to sugaring and skincare treatments.
It is essential that you complete our Client Intake Form and inform us of any health changes before your session.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or hostile behaviour, to maintain a respectful environment for all.

While we aim to keep our site accurate and up to date, information may occasionally be outdated. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy and are not liable for any errors or omissions.
Health Conditions
Before your session, please inform your sugarist of any treatments, medications, or health conditions, including pregnancy, postpartum changes, hormonal shifts, intimate conditions, or skin concerns. Certain medications can make your skin more sensitive and prone to irritation or tearing. When in doubt, consult your physician before booking.
PEACH + SILK will not service clients who:
Are using topical products that increase skin sensitivity or risk of tearing
Are taking isotretinoin (e.g. Accutane)
Have active skin infections
Have sunburned or compromised skin
Appear unfit for treatment, including signs of intoxication or erratic behaviour
This is to ensure your safety and protect your skin.
Possible Allergic Reactions
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with sugaring, which includes but are not limited to the following:
Irritation of existing skin conditions (e.g. eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne)
Temporary redness or swelling for 24–48 hours, with possible breakouts or ingrowns
Lightening of recently tanned or sun-exposed skin
Increased sensitivity to sun exposure after treatment
Greater sensitivity in delicate areas, especially with dry skin, exfoliation, or friction
These effects vary by individual and skin condition.
Pregnancy & Postpartum
Our sugar paste is 100% natural. We offer services for pregnant clients beyond the first trimester and up to one week before your estimated due date. Please consult your gynaecologist before booking.
If you choose to book during your first trimester, a waiver is required. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pregnancy and health. Hormonal changes may increase skin sensitivity, and we will always prioritise your comfort during treatment.
For postpartum clients, we generally recommend waiting 1–3 months after a natural birth or 3–6 months after a caesarean, depending on your recovery. Doctor’s approval is required for earlier appointments (within 1 month post-natural birth or 3 months post-caesarean).
Recovery varies for each individual, and we may advise a longer waiting period to ensure your skin and body are ready. Consultations are available if needed.
Clients Requiring Special Accommodations
If you require any special accommodations, please let us know via WhatsApp before booking online. To ensure we can meet your needs, contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
It is your responsibility to consult your doctor or medical practitioner regarding your suitability for sugaring and to obtain written consent where necessary.

By proceeding with your appointment, you agree that PEACH + SILK and your sugarist are not liable for any outcomes arising from the service. You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant allergies, medications, and skin conditions, and agree to sign any required waivers before treatment.
While all precautions are taken, you acknowledge that risks cannot be fully eliminated.

All information you provide is kept confidential and used only to personalise your treatment and ensure your safety.
Failure to disclose relevant details, including medical conditions or allergies, may result in injury or adverse reactions. In such cases, you agree that PEACH + SILK cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues.
Age Requirements
To book sugaring services at PEACH + SILK, you must be at least 16 years old. For intimate area treatments, you must be 18 or above.
Personal Belongings
All personal belongings are brought at your own risk. PEACH + SILK is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Force Majeure
PEACH + SILK is not liable for any delay or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any service interruptions.
