Service Disclaimer
At PEACH + SILK, your safety and experience come first. Our policies are firm and designed to protect both you and our practice.
By booking with us, you confirm you have read and agreed to our terms, and release PEACH + SILK from any liability, including anything related to sugaring or skincare.
Please complete the Client Intake Form and inform us of any changes before your session. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or hostile behaviour.

policies
Our online booking system reflects standard pricing. Any promotions or discounts will be applied to your final bill on the day of your appointment.
Availability updates in real time as bookings are made or cancelled. Please ensure your booking details and payment are completed accurately.
Appointments can be made up to 45 days in advance (e.g. if today is 1 January, availability is open until 15 February). Urgent requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed. PEACH + SILK reserves the right to confirm all bookings.
Deposits
A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. For services lasting 90 minutes or more, a $50 deposit applies.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be forfeited in the event of cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, a new deposit is required.
Each booking may be rescheduled once. Further changes will require a new deposit.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be treated as a no-show and charged at the full service rate. Deposits will be forfeited.
After one no-show, full payment will be required to secure future bookings. Repeated cancellations or no-shows (two or more within six months) may result in refusal of future appointments.
If we need to cancel, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a reschedule or refund. While rare, PEACH + SILK reserves the right to cancel appointments when necessary.
Late Policy
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early or late. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee, added to your final bill.
If the delay impacts the schedule, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply.
Penalty Waiver
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Penalty waivers or deposit adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
All services are final once completed. No refunds will be issued. If you have any concerns, please contact us directly. A consultation or adjustment may be offered where appropriate.
Discounts & Promotions
Discounts and promotions are non-stackable. Only one offer can be applied per transaction. If you’re eligible for multiple offers, the one with the best value will be applied.
Health
Conditions
Before your session, please inform your sugarist of any treatments, medications, or health conditions, including pregnancy, postpartum changes, hormonal shifts, intimate conditions, or skin concerns. Certain medications can make your skin more sensitive and prone to irritation or tearing. When in doubt, consult your physician before booking.
PEACH + SILK will not service clients who:
Are using topical products that increase skin sensitivity or risk of tearing
Are taking isotretinoin (e.g. Accutane)
Have active skin infections
Have sunburned or compromised skin
Appear unfit for treatment, including signs of intoxication or erratic behaviour
This is to ensure your safety and protect your skin.
Pregnancy & Postpartum
Our sugar paste is 100% natural. We offer services for pregnant clients beyond the first trimester and up to one week before your estimated due date. Please consult your gynaecologist before booking.
If you choose to book during your first trimester, a waiver is required. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pregnancy and health. Hormonal changes may increase skin sensitivity, and we will always prioritise your comfort during treatment.
For postpartum clients, we generally recommend waiting 1–3 months after a natural birth or 3–6 months after a caesarean, depending on your recovery. Doctor’s approval is required for earlier appointments (within 1 month post-natural birth or 3 months post-caesarean).
Recovery varies for each individual, and we may advise a longer waiting period to ensure your skin and body are ready. Consultations are available if needed.
Clients Requiring Special Accommodations
If you require any special accommodations, please let us know via WhatsApp before booking online. To ensure we can meet your needs, contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
It is your responsibility to consult your doctor or medical practitioner regarding your suitability for sugaring and to obtain written consent where necessary.
Consent
& Liability
Please review all provided information and raise any concerns with us before treatment.
By proceeding, you confirm your consent to the sugaring service and agree not to hold your sugarist or PEACH + SILK liable for any outcomes.
You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medications, or skin conditions, and for signing any required waivers to ensure your safety and comfort.
Age Requirements
To book sugaring services at PEACH + SILK, you must be at least 16 years old. For intimate area treatments, you must be 18 or above.
Personal Belongings
All personal belongings are brought at your own risk. PEACH + SILK is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Credits & gift cards
Purchase & Redemption
Credits and gift cards can be purchased in-store, online, or via WhatsApp and are redeemable only for services at PEACH + SILK. They cannot be combined with promotions, discounts, or other offers and must be used in line with our policies.
Shareable Credits
The Ritual may be shared between two people. Prior authorisation via an e-authorisation form is required if the account holder is not present. All information provided for authorisation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely to process the request.
Validity & Expiry
The First is valid for Brazilian sugaring only and expire after 12 months. The Regular and The Ritual are valid for all services and expire after 24 months. Unused credits will expire automatically at the end of their validity period.
Gift cards are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Promotional or seasonal gift cards may carry extended validity periods, as specified at the time of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be reinstated, extended, or refunded.
Tracking Your Credits
You can view your credit balance and expiry date via the Acuity Scheduling Client app. No reminders will be sent for expiring credits. It is your responsibility to track and use them before expiry.
Expired Credits
Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded. In some cases, credits may be reactivated within 30 days of expiry for a small administrative fee. Please contact us if you believe you are eligible.
Refund Policy
All credits and gift cards are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for services paid using credits or gift cards. Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons, subject to valid supporting documentation and at the sole discretion of PEACH + SILK.
Pricing & Changes
All pricing, benefits, and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Behaviour & Misuse
PEACH + SILK reserves the right to cancel or suspend credit or gift card privileges if a client engages in inappropriate behaviour or misuses credits. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of studio conduct or attempts to exploit the system.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding credit packages or gift cards will be reviewed by PEACH + SILK on a case-by-case basis. The final decision rests with PEACH + SILK and will be made in accordance with our policies and operational discretion.
Force Majeure
PEACH + SILK is not liable for the inability to use credits or redeem gift cards due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. Where appropriate, credits may be extended or reactivated at our discretion, and an administrative fee may apply.

As an intimate home-based studio, we keep things private and personal.
Friends, partners, or other visitors are not permitted in the treatment or waiting areas and should wait downstairs.

Pricing & Hair Density
At PEACH + SILK, our pricing is based on the areas treated, not on the amount of hair present. We maintain consistent rates regardless of hair density, skin conditions or pain thresholds, as sugaring offers more than just hair removal — it provides a gentle exfoliation for your skin.
