BOOKING TERMS
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable and non-transferable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost.
SLOT AVAILABILITY
Slots are first-come, first-served. Contact us directly if your desired date or time is not listed.
RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule up to 1 month before your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
LATE ARRIVAL
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, a $30 fee applies. Waiting time over 30 minutes may result in cancellation.
SURCHARGES
Services after 10PM or running beyond will incur a $40 surcharge. Extra charges may apply for locations outside our standard area (e.g. Sentosa).

WHEN TO BOOK?
For natural henna, book your appointment 2-3 days before your event to allow the colour to fully develop.
HENNA PARTIES
Booking with a bridal package? Schedule the henna party the day after the bridal session for the best experience.
If preferred, we can arrange back-to-back sessions with an additional artist for $50.
SENSITIVE SKIN/ALLERGIES
Clients with skin conditions or allergies must notify us when booking. We ensure products are safe for sensitive skin but are not liable for reactions. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should use pure lavender cones.
Request a patch test if you have allergies to henna, sugar, essential oils, or citrus, ideally 6 weeks before your event.
POLICIES
The remaining balance must be paid one day before the appointment via PayNow/PayLah!.
BALANCE PAYMENT
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. In the unlikely event that we cancel, we will find a replacement artist; otherwise, the deposit will be fully refunded.
REFUND POLICY
Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free of lotions or oils. Wear comfortable clothing and schedule any waxing, massages or manicures/pedicures in advance.
Provide a well-lit, interruption-free room for at least 3 hours. Your movements will be restricted for a minimum of 6 hours, so appoint someone to help.
APPOINTMENT DAY
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars and might shift without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any misprints.
Service times are approximate and can vary based on your proportions, hair density, and the environment.
